something out of nothing

Untitled (Entry #48)

ooh dang. I haven't posted something in a while. I've got a lot of ground to cover here in one post so I'll make this quick: as of recently I've been watching a lot of animes, including .hack//Sign, .hack//Liminality, and Code Geass. all of which have been awesome, and taking up a lot of my time! XD I hadn't posted since... well... the last time I posted, and during that time, I was preparing for going back to school.

Now I'm officially back into routine, and I'm so very glad with what classes I chose this year, including the 2-7 period schedule. Included on my daily lineup are Creative Writing, Video Production, and Advanced Drama (Performing Arts). Each day I get to wake up, loaf about for an extra twenty minutes or so while watching the others around the house rush like mad animals to get to class by 7:30. It's fun to watch their frustration. :D

anyways... So far in Video Production, we've done the first project, (which I must say wasn't a complete failure) and everyone's projects were totally made of win. Next, we're going to do the angles project.

In creative writing, we've been warming up to the curriculum, and in a few months we'll be looking towards writing novels for NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), which is going to be extremely fun.

In drama, we're deliberating slowly whether or not the first play we're going to do will be either Aladdin or Alice in Wonderland. At first the concensus is leaning towards Alice, but then the other committee turned around and decided they were going to do Aladdin. Another thing I'll mention is that later this year we're going to produce The Crucible too. I don't want to spoil too much, so that's all I'm sharing here at this point.

And my other curricular classes are great too, although I wouldn't have minded having a different history teacher... (because the notebook system I'm dealing with is kinda weird) ...but I'm letting it slide because it's U.S. History! Something I've wanted to re-learn for a long time! :D (and because my academic counselor refused to change my history teacher before school started... ಠ_ಠ)

Anyways, I've got to run. This weekend I will post some more.

Weird internet cut-outs.

Yeah. lately, there was a weird DoS thing happening around the internet, and my antivirus must've updated in a way that prevented me from getting onto the internet.

...weird.

and the DoS attack affected things like twitter and facebook. and I hadn't heard about it until today! I think they're blaming Russia for it.

I feel so left out.

[UPDATED AUGUST 02, 2009 5:09 AM]

Jeez I'm tired. And the worst part is is that I can't go to sleep. Am I going to die?

Psh, nevermind. The reason I erratically posted this was because FC2 screwed up again with the blog servers. They're trying to implement a new menu system, and somehow the blog126 server (the one that this blog currently resides within) had gone down. It hadn't affected me logging into the admin stuff, you just couldn't see any blog126 blog.

I'm just glad that it wasn't down past school starting.

The original post, August 31, 2009:

Well, it seems as though my blog has weirdly disappeared.

Is it still here???

Two Weeks Left!

Yes, it's almost that time of year again. I shall be returning to school as a junior this year, and with a schedule I can manage.

Who knows what the future will hold for me this year??? :D

It Happened Update - July 4 2009

I'm going to make this quick - It Happened Failed yet again, this time with people who should have been >9000x reliable than the stupid neighborhood kids. Thanks guys for helping. J/K.

Luckily we didn't go through with filming, because now I have a few more better ideas than the one I had before. Previously, I had my group of people become a family, but, I had developed the idea in too short of a timeframe, leading to this recent failure.

This movie keeps failing so bad.

Next time I will have only like two or three people in the cast instead of four to six. I guess keeping the amount of people neccessary to an extreme minimum might be beneficial to realizing a goal for this seemingly endless failboat of a film project. More details coming soon.

Oh, and, Happy Independence Day. Three Cheers for High Treason against the British Empire! XD
